Delivery

Delivery is FREE within the United Kingdom and Europe. For orders from other countries please do email us your order first in order to find out right delivery charges.

Delivery charges may charge at any time; it is the customer's responsibility to check charges at the time of checking out. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time.

Deliveries within UK

Delivery within the UK will generally be 48 hours from date of dispatch.
Deliveries to Europe & Rest of the World

All deliveries outside the UK are sent by first class Airmail. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.

Order & Dispatch Process

Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of order as well as order details. If you have failed to complete your order (i.e. you have not made payment via PayPal), we will send you an email confirming that your order was not completed and you will be advised of how to complete your order, if you wish.We will endeavour to dispatch orders 1st class mail within 24 hours of receipt, subject to the item being in stock and payment details being satisfactory).

If we do not have a product in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
Order Tracking

If you would like to know the current status of your order, you can view your order status or history for previous orders by logging into your account details 'My Account' section. If your order doesn't arrive in the allotted time, please advise us of your order reference.
Delivery Problems & Policy for Lost Goods

If your order does not arrive within the timescales above please note the following:

    * If the parcel was too big to go thru your letter box or there is no one available to accept the Parcel at the delivery address completed on your order, Royal Mail will leave a card and will keep the parcel in the local sorting office for up to 21 days, so you should check there first before contacting us.
    * If the goods are not collected from the Local Sorting office within the specified time, the goods will be returned to our dispatch centre, and we will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery and the customer will be responsible for paying the postage charge.

Policy for Lost Goods or non-delivery of orders

On occasion, orders may get lost, and fail to get delivered, which are outside the control of Hunalp Beauty, as we are reliant on Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within 14 days within the UK and have checked with your local sorting office and the parcel is not there, we cannot resend the parcel for 15 working days, for international orders for 25 days, as this is the timescale for Royal Mail to confirm the parcel as lost. You will not be entitled to a refund during this time. If the parcel is not found after 15 days, and Royal Mail confirm the parcel or goods as 'lost' then we will resend your order. Although international orders usually arrive within 5-7 days, orders to some destinations may take up to 21 days to arrive. We endeavour to achieve our delivery targets but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Returns policy

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directives, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by Hunalp Beauty. To return goods please contact to and tell us which items you wish to return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We will refund the value of the goods to the original account charged. Once the returned goods have been received in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account charged within 14 days. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us.

If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged products for a replacement or a full refund.
